Raised in a Midwestern family of engineers and contractors, I am a builder at heart. At Greater Than One, I built the agency’s first Copy Department as well as its social media/PR group, some groundbreaking pharmaceutical brands and campaigns, and a new identity for the agency.
My success as an Executive Creative Director rests on 5 pillars: being an architect of the big picture, a champion of imaginative ideas, a collaborator across disciplines, a steward for my clients, and a teacher and role model to my staff. I believe great work rises from a solid-as-cement foundation that’s paradoxically intangible: creative chemistry.
